Cancellation Policy

For Booking a Massage , Hair Appointment, or a package please call 1-800-758-6604 or 1-865-365-0921.

Office policies
	Appointment must be held with credit card. (Card will be charged and there are no refunds due to high volume and scheduling of therapist.) Credit Card Receipt will be marked with company you book through. Mostly Angels View Cabin Rentals, Golden Valley Rentals, Black Bear Ridge Resort, and Angels View Wedding Chapel. Cancellation Policy

Salon & spa services you select are reserved especially for you. In fairness to our guest & staff, for cancellations please call a minimum of 24 hours for a single service. There are no cancellations for multiple services and or packages. Credit card holds are required for our services. Fifty percent of the value of the scheduled services will be charged for all un-cancelled appointments Services that begin late will finish on time so that the next guest is not delayed. We may not be able to extend reserved services for late arrivals.
