Policies

Please be aware that our wedding coordinators spend a great deal of time preparing for your wedding day.  They go to great lengths to make this day special for you.  They do all arrangements and placing orders for your wedding day.  Therefore, we require 50% as a deposit to secure your wedding date, time and all necessities that go with it such as wedding cake, flowers, photographer, minister, lodging arrangements, etc... You may make payments on your balance by personal checks, credit//debit card or money order.  Final payment should be made 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date.  Should it become necessary for whatever legitimate reason to cancel your wedding.  Our cancellation policy is as follows... canceling 30 days or more prior to wedding date will result in a forfeit of 50% of the total wedding costs. The remaining portion is refundable provided we are in receipt of a written notification of cancellation 30 days prior to your scheduled Wedding date.  If your wedding is rescheduled within (1) year of the date of cancellation, we will gladly apply the retained amount to your new account. Canceling within the 30 days from your scheduled wedding date will result in you forfeiting your entire deposit.

Payment Procedure

• 50% deposit required at time scheduling wedding

(credit card, money order, cash, personal check accepted 30 days prior to wedding day, $50.00 return check fee)

• Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled Wedding Date

(personal check is not accepted on day of arrival)
